**Job Title: Sales Representative – Fashion & Beauty Line**

### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Representative** to promote and sell our **fashion and beauty products** to retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and cosmetics, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing our brand professionally.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales & Business Development:**

– Actively prospect and acquire new clients (boutiques, department stores, salons, e-commerce platforms).

– Present, promote, and sell fashion/beauty products using persuasive techniques.

– Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**

– Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through follow-ups and excellent service.

– Address client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.

3. **Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:**

– Stay updated on fashion/beauty trends, product features, and competitor offerings.

– Conduct product demonstrations or training sessions for clients when needed.

4. **Order Processing & Coordination:**

– Manage orders, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with logistics.

– Process payments and handle returns/exchanges professionally.

5. **Market Feedback & Reporting:**

– Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing/sales team.

– Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**

– **Experience:** 2+ years in sales (fashion, beauty, retail, or FMCG preferred).

– **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with fashion/beauty products and market trends.

– **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written skills; persuasive and confident.

– **Negotiation:** Ability to close deals and handle objections.

– **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and social media.

– **Self-Motivated:** Independent worker with a drive to meet targets.

– **Flexibility:** Willingness to travel for client meetings or trade shows (if required).

### **Preferred (Bonus Skills):**

– Existing network in fashion/beauty retail.

– Multilingual abilities (if targeting international markets).
